Rev. Dr. David Shelor

Rev. David Shelor, D.Min., an ordained pastor in the Presbyterian Church (USA) for 25 years, has coached leaders and consulted with organizations in a variety of sectors, including nonprofit social services, the arts, higher education, and religious organizations. He holds a Masters of Science in Positive Organizational Development and Change from Case-Western University and is a certified executive coach. He is also founder and owner of Florentica, LLC and a trainer and board member of the Center for Emotional Intelligence and Human Relations, providing emotional and social intelligence training for religious leaders.

Michael F. Broom, Ph.D., the founder of the Center for Human Systems, is a renowned organization psychologist with 45 years’ experience working with all kinds and sizes of organizations. Clients include Google, Wesley Theological Seminary, N.A.S.A., the Wisconsin United Methodist Conference, and the Lutheran Synod of Maryland . He has been faculty at Johns Hopkins, American, Fielding, and Morgan State Universities. He has published two books: Power, The Infinite Game and The Infinite Organization.The national OD Network has bestowed on Dr. Broom their Lifetime Achievement Award.
